John Pavlovich

Chief Operating Officer

John has a track record of operational leadership to support careviso's growth and help transform patient access through technology.

John Pavlovich, CFA, CPA, began his career at Arthur Andersen, where he advanced through roles of increasing responsibility while developing a strong background in accounting and valuation. He then served as COO of ArchivesOne, a records management company that grew more than 40% annually for seven consecutive years through both organic expansion and 20 acquisitions. Prior to ArchivesOne’s merger with Iron Mountain, it had become the third-largest records management company in the U.S.

Following that, John held similar leadership roles at TAS Messaging, which grew into one of the top 10 companies in its industry, and at Onesource Water, which scaled to become the second-largest provider of bottle-less water coolers in the U.S. Across each of these organizations, John established high-functioning teams and implemented disciplined processes focused on quality, efficiency, and continuous improvement.

John joined careviso in 2018 and served as CFO and COO until 2021, when he solely focused on operations. John applies this proven track record of operational leadership to support the company’s rapid growth and its mission to transform patient access through technology.

John holds a BS in Economics from Hamilton College and a master's in accounting from the University of Hartford. In addition, John has earned both CFA and CPA designations.
