Tom leads data-driven initiatives across careviso that generate insights and guide strategic actions.
Tom joined careviso in 2018 as an Account Manager and has steadily advanced through a variety of roles, gaining deeper experience in customer relationships, strategic account management, and operational growth.
In 2022, he was promoted to Strategic Account Manager, where he focused on building long-term client partnerships and driving adoption of careviso’s solutions.
In 2023, Tom was named Director of Business Analytics. In this role, he leads data-driven initiatives that generate insights and guide strategic actions across prior authorization and careviso’s flagship seeQer platform. He also plays a critical role in customer integrations for both lab and seeQer clients, ensuring seamless onboarding and overall positive experiences.
Tom works closely with the seeQer product and engineering team to deliver improvements that enhance client success and strengthen careviso’s position as a leader in real-time patient access technology. He earned his Bachelor of Science degree from Virginia Tech.
